Laser Works as it was first called, Was founded in 1992 by Sally Renk. She was a mother of two and decided that there was time left over and an extra income would help. She went and scheduled classes on how to rebuild Toner Cartridges and how to repair printers. She worked out of her farm house and delivered to most local business in Hillsboro and the surrounding towns. in 1992 the market for Laser Jet printer had only 3 Laser printers from HP. Now days HP, Lexmark, Canon and all the other brands come out with about 10 new models every year or so. All with new different cartridges. It takes a lot now days to keep up with the remanufacturing of cartridges and so by establishing a partnership with many large manufacture. Laser Works could grow and in 2013 moved out of the home and into the building at 120 N High in Hillsboro. We purchased it and rent the front out to Lincoln Investment, while Laser Works is in the Alley.
